Clean/Change oil
1. Open the engine access cover. 2. Loosen hydraulic oil tank cap (1). Allow any built-up pressure to be released slowly.3. Remove hydraulic oil tank cap (1) and fill screen. 4. Clean hydraulic oil tank cap (1) and screen with clean nonflammable solvent.5. Loosen and remove eight nuts/washers (2). Remove the oil tank cover (3). The hydraulic oil tank drain is located on the front left side of the machine.6. Remove the drain plug and allow the oil to drain into a suitable container.7. Inspect and clean inside the tank if necessary.8. Remove the suction strainer inside the tank. Install new strainer.9. Inspect tank cover seal and replace if necessary. Install tank cover.10. Inspect the drain plug seal and replace if necessary. Clean and install the drain plug.11. Install the fill screen.12. Add hydraulic oil. Refer to the Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities section.13. Check the hydraulic oil level in sight gauge (4). When the oil is cold, the oil level should be to the middle of sight gauge (4). When the oil is hot, the oil level should fill sight gauge (4).Refer to the Every 10 Service Hours or Daily interval Hydraulic Oil Tank section.14. Install hydraulic oil tank cap (1).15. Close the engine access cover.Vibratory Bearing Reservoir
Change Lubricant
Access through opening on propel motor side of each drum.Wipe plugs before servicing. 1. Move the machine until welded boss (1) on the drum is straight down.2. Remove plug (2) and allow the gear lubricant to drain. 3. Clean and install plug (2).4. Remove plug (3).5. Add gear lubricant through plug (3). See the Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities chart.6. Fill until lubricant starts coming out of the hole that plug (3) was removed from. Clean and install plug (3).
