This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI30030" as the Part number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI30030" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The bolts that hold the rollers may not have been tightened to the proper torque on some 320B, 320B L, 320B S, 322B L, 322B LN, 325B L, 325B LN, 330B L, and 330B LN Excavators. The torque of these bolts needs to be inspected to make sure they are within the specification. If they are not they must be tightened to the correct torque value.

The correct torque value for the bolts is shown in the chart below.
If the bolt torque is not correct then tighten the bolts to the correct torque.
