The Electronic Control Module (ECM) detects the following conditions:172(1)
The delay at start-up is three minutes after the engine is in run mode.
The pressure difference between the atmospheric pressure and the turbocharger inlet pressure is 7.5 kPa (1.1 psi) for ten seconds.172(2)

The pressure difference between the atmospheric pressure and the turbocharger inlet pressure is 9 kPa (1.3 psi) for ten seconds.System Response:172(1)The ECM generates an event code.172(2)The ECM generates an event code.Possible Performance Effect:172(1)The engine may experience low power due to the high inlet restriction.172(2)The engine power will be derated by two percent for each 1 kPa (0.15 psi) that is above 9 kPa (1.3 psi) to a maximum of ten percent.
