PARTS DISPOSITION

Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
1. Open the engine hood.
2. Tighten bolts A, B, C, and D of the oil cooler cover to a specified torque of 29.4 - 41.2 N.m. Tighten the bolts from the space at the right of the engine with a torque wrench. Refer to Images1.2.1, 1.2.2, and 1.2.3.

3. Close the engine hood.
Group Number 2
1. Open the engine hood.
2. Disassemble the fuel filter base in order to access the bolts.

3. Tighten the bolts A, B, C, and D of the oil cooler cover to a specified torque of 29.4 - 41.2 N.m. Tighten bolts A, B, and C with a torque wrench. Use the open-end of the torque wrench and tighten bolt (D), there is a fuel hose connector near location D. Refer to Images2.3.1, 2.3.2, and 2.3.3.

4. Re-install the fuel filter base. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 32 +/- 3 N.m.
5. Close the engine hood.
Group Number 3
1. Open the engine hood.
2. Disassemble the fuel filter base in order to access the bolts. Refer to Image3.2.1.

3. Tighten bolts A, B, C, and D of oil cooler cover to a specified torque of 29.4 - 41.2 N.m. Tighten bolts A, B, and C with a torque wrench. Use an open-end torque wrench for bolt (D), there is a fuel hose connector near location D. Refer to Images3.3.1, 3.3.2, and 3.3.3.

4. Re-install the fuel filter base. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 32 +/- 3 N.m.
5. Close the engine hood.
Group Number 4
1. Open the engine hood.
2. Tighten bolts A, B, C, and D of the oil filter base to a specified torque of 29.4 - 41.2 N.m. The bolts are tightened from the space at the right of the engine with the torque wrench. Refer to Images4.2.1, 4.2.2, and 4.2.3.

3. Close the engine hood.
