This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4403" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
It is recommended that this program be done at engine overhaul if there has not been a prior problem with the bolts working lose.

The engine mount bolts and nuts at the flywheel end of the engine may work lose on certain 994 Loaders. New larger diameter bolts can be installed.

Service Claim Allowances
This is a 4-hour job. If done at engine overhaul or when the engine is out of the machine labor will not be allowed.
An additional 2 hrs will be allowed if it is necessary to elongate the holes in the mounts.
If there has been a previous repair for engine mount bolt and nut loosening in which the customer participated, part age will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.

Remove the existing 6-9W7388 Washers, 6-9W7385 Sleeves, 6-7X0851 Nuts, 6-6V8198 Bolts from the engine mounts at the flywheel end. Install the new parts.
It may be necessary to raise the engine a small amount in order to align the bolts and sleeves in the holes in the mounts. Do not raise the engine more than 3 mm or it may result in damage to the powertain.
It also may be necessary to elongate one or more of the holes.
Do not elongate more than necessary. Do not drill the holes out to a larger size. The new sleeve needs as much area supporting it as possible.
Tighten the new bolts to a torque of 1800 200 N m.
