Information:

The 329-0130 Bracket and the 329-0131 Bracket are nonserviceable items. You must make the parts.By using the dimensions in Illustration 1 and Illustration 2, make the two bracket from steel that has a yield strength of 170 MPa (24656 psi).
Personal injury or death can result from machine movement.Place blocks in front of and behind the wheels to make sure the machine does not move while the parking brakes are disengaged.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Lower the scraper bowl to the ground and engage the parking brake. Chock the wheels in order to prevent the machine from moving.
Drain the hydraulic tank. Drain the fluid into a suitable container. The hydraulic tank has a capacity of 153.5 L (40.5 US gal).
Put identification marks on all lines, hoses, wires, and tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses and tubes. This helps prevent fluid loss and contamination of the oil system.
