Loosen nut (2) and remove the plunger (10) and O-ring (17) .

Loosen nut (16) and remove the sleeve (9) and O-ring (18) .
Remove piston (11) from the sleeve (9) .

Remove the sleeve (14) from the body (13) .
Remove the spring (1), needle (8) and O-ring (20) from the sleeve (14) .

Remove the seat (12) by hammering the plastic bar (OD 12mm) lightly as shown in Illustration 9.

Remove the O-ring (19) and back-up ring (24) from the seat (12) .
Remove the poppet (7) .
Remove the O-ring (23) (21) (22) from the body (13) in sequence.
Clean the parts that were removed.Note: Clean the parts before assembly. Do not reuse the O-rings.Assembly

Assemble the O-ring (17) (18) (19) (20) (21) (22) (23) and back-up ring (24) on the body (13), seat (12), sleeve (14) and plunger (10). Refer to Illustration 11. After assembly, apply grease to the O-ring.Note: Take care of O-ring/back up ring location.

Insert poppet (7) to the body (13) and insert the spring (3) to the seat (12) .

(A) Plastic bar
Lightly hammer the plastic bar to avoid damage to the seat (12) .

Insert piston (11) to sleeve (9), assembly nut (2) to plunger (10) and plunger (10) to sleeve (9)
after assembly to sleeve (9) assemble nut (16) and sleeve (9) to sleeve (14) .

Assemble spring (1) and needle (8) to sleeve (14). adjust nut 1mm to 2mm from the sleeve (9) and plunger (10) .

Assemble the sleeve (14) to the body (13) as shown in Illustration 16. Keep proper seat when you assemble the sleeve (14) and body (13). If these parts are out of alignment, the valve cannot work correctly.

Correct alignment
Tighten the sleeve (14) to a torque of 74.6 9.8 N m (55 7 lb ft).Note: If the alignment is incorrect as shown in Illustration 18, you will not be able to tighten the sleeve.
