Installation Procedure
Note: Position tube evenly between the end mounting flanges. Hand tighten the mounting bolts at each end of the tube. Torque all hardware starting at one end of the tube and then proceed to torque the opposite end of the tube.

Install gasket (8).
Use a suitable lifting device and set the engine on the engine oil pan (7). The weight of the engine is approximately 11818 kg (26054 lb).

Install bolts (6) on all sides of the oil pan (7).

Remove Tooling (C) and install heat shield (5) .

Install three bolts (3) in oil pump adapter (4).

Install angle supports (2) and bolts (1). The approximate weight of the angle support is 238.0 kg (525.00 lb).
Fill the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change".
Turn the fuel supply valve to the ON position.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.End By:
