2     1     -     Tighten the locknut to
100 10 N m (74 7 lb ft).    
3     1     -     Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolt:
1. Tighten the bolt to
55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
2. Loosen the bolt until the bolt is finger tight.
3. Again, tighten the bolt to
55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
