These are refurbished parts. Although these parts are used, the original manufacturer has repaired and cleaned them, replaced electronics as needed, and tested them utilizing the same testing procedures used on new APCs and Inverters. These parts represent a high quality option to buying a new APC or Inverter.
Core Return
In order to keep a supply of used units available to refurbish, we will charge a core deposit when you purchase a refurbished APC or Inverter. When you return your used unit, we will refund your deposit. Detailed core return instructions will be included with your refurbished unit.
We will not return core deposits if:
The external case is cracked, broken, or excessively worn to the extent that the internal components are exposed.
The unit shows non-operational damage (such as: mishandling damage or fire damage – melting of the external case).
The case was opened.
Please note that these components are not part of the Cat REMAN program and do not follow the Cat REMAN process. For prompt return of your core deposit, please follow the detailed instructions included with your refurbished part.
Warranty Details
These units are not covered under the Cat warranty system. However, if the APC or Inverter fails within six months, we will replace it with another refurbished unit. Please contact the email or phone below for warranty claims.
