Use the following procedure for the installation of a new 327-7594 Monitor Cover Assembly. Make sure that the printed circuit boards inside the monitor are not damaged during the procedure. Make sure that the procedure is performed on a flat surface that is clean.

Use a screwdriver and remove the eight screws from the back of the monitor.

Open the cover for the monitor. Position the monitor and the cover on a flat surface that is clean. Refer to Illustration 3.

Open the printed circuit board for the monitor.

Push on the latch of the connector for the harness at the printed circuit board for the monitor keypad module in order to disassemble the cover from the printed circuit board for the monitor.

Install the new monitor cover assembly. Connect the harness of the printed circuit board for the monitor keypad module from the new cover with the printed circuit board for the monitor.

Reverse the procedure from Step 3 in order to assemble the new monitor cover assembly.
Assemble the new cover on the monitor. Use a screwdriver and the eight screws from Step 1.
