Open right-hand engine compartment door. Remove both right-hand engine side guards.

Remove clips (A) and (B) from fan guard (C). Do not disconnect hoses (D).

Remove right-hand side fan guard (C).

Disconnect clutch drive wiring harness (E) and remove and discard brackets (F) and (G).

Remove bolts (H) from deflector (J). Slide deflector (J) back from clutch drive (K).

Use a suitable lifting device to support fan (L). Remove and discard bolts (M) and washers (N) that assemble fan (L) to clutch drive (K).

Remove and discard bolts (P) and washers (R) that assemble clutch drive (K) to fan drive (S).
Remove and discard clutch drive (K) and deflector (J).Installation Procedure

Install clutch drive (3) using four studs (1), four washers (6), four nuts (4), two bolts (5), and two washers (6). Torque nuts (4) and bolts (5) to 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).

Attach fan (L) to clutch drive (3) using six screws (7). Torque screws (7) to 25 2 N m (221 18 lb in).
Plug in clutch drive wiring harness.
Reinstall fan guard (C) and clips (A) and (B).

Route and secure the clutch drive harness using four straps (2). Ensure that there is a minimum of 95 mm (3.74 inch) of free length between the clutch body and the first connection point on the fan guard wire.
Flash the latest version of the Engine ECM software from SISWeb onto the machine.
Test the machine and check the cooling fan functionality.
