1. Remove the breather tube from cap (1).2. Remove bolts (4). Remove elbow (6) and coupling (3).3. Fasten a hoist to exhaust manifold (5). Remove nuts and spacers (2). Remove exhaust manifold. The weight of the exhaust manifold is 24 kg. (52 lb.).Install Exhaust Manifold (Industrial Engine)
1. Put gaskets (1) and exhaust manifold (2) into position on studs (3). Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on studs (3). Install nuts (4) and spacers. 2. Tighten nuts (4) in the sequence shown to 45 7 N m (35 5 lb ft). Tighten nuts (4) again in the sequence shown to 45 7 N m (35 5 lb ft).3. Put 2P2333 Manifold Sealer on the rings of coupling (5). Put coupling (5) and elbow (6) into position on the engine. Install the gasket between elbow (6) and manifold (2).4. Install the breather tube on the valve cover.
