Single Action Hydraulic Attachment Circuit
Note: For the 1YS1-UP hydraulic system schematic, refer to Schematic, SENR1640, "Single Action (Attachment)".Note: For the 2JR1-UP hydraulic system schematic, refer to Schematic, SENR1611, "Single Flow Control/2 Pump Flow".Note: For the 6DR1-UP hydraulic system schematic, refer to Schematic, SENR1678, "Single Action w/2 Pump (Attachment)".The one-way hydraulic flow system is for attachments that require one-way pressurized hydraulic flow. A hydraulic hammer is a good example. The following components are the main components of the one-way hydraulic flow system:
Hydraulic control group
Pilot oil lines
Front lines
Attachment relief valveHydraulic Control Group

Hydraulic Control Group (1) Rear switch. (2) Double switch. (3) Front switch. (4) Right equipment control lever. The hydraulic control group is located on the right console. The hydraulic control group consists of the right equipment control lever (4) and double switch (2) .To use the one-way hydraulic attachment circuit, double switch (2) on right equipment control lever (4) must be pressed to the left. The attachment is only supplied oil when the double switch is pressed to the left. Operation Of Pilot System

(6) Solenoid valve. (7) Auxiliary manifold. (8) Main control valve. (9) Pilot oil manifold. When double switch (2) on right implement control lever (4) is pressed, solenoid valve (6) of auxiliary manifold (7) opens. Pilot oil from pilot oil manifold (9) flows through auxiliary manifold (7) to the logic valve and to the top of main control valve (8). The logic valve compares the pilot pump oil pressure from all of the pilot control valves. The logic valve is a series of valves that only allows pilot pump oil with the highest pressure to go to the main control valve. The pilot oil flows out of the logic valve to main control valve (8) at the top of the attachment control valve. Operation Of Front Lines
Illustration 3 g00293317
(8) Main control valve. (10) Supply line to attachment. (11) Return line from attachment. (12) Relief valve.Pilot oil pressure moves the attachment valve stem which sends pump oil through line (10). Oil returns from the attachment through line (11). The oil pressure for the attachment is controlled by relief valve (12). Note: The pressure setting for the relief valve is 18400 kPa (2669 psi). The pressure setting for the relief valve must be reset to the specification of the supplier for the attachment that is being used.
