Machine General Information
The vibratory system assists with the initial compaction of the paving material during paving operations. The vibratory and charge pump provides the hydraulic oil flow to operate vibratory motors that are mounted on the screed. When the vibratory system is in operation, the vibratory motors rotate eccentric weight shafts. The speed of the motor rotation determines the vibratory frequency. The vibratory system is designed to operate continuously when material is being laid. A programmable time delay allows the machine to begin moving before the vibratory system starts.Note: The machine electronic control system logic prevents the vibratory system from operating while the propel mode is set to travel.
