1. Attach a strap and suitable lifting device to the tow arm as illustrated.2. Remove the tow cylinder pin from tow cylinder (1).3. Remove three bolts (2) and lower the assembly to the floor. 4. Install a second strap (3) as illustrated, for lifting tow arm. Lift the tow arm slightly. When pin (5) is removed care must be taken not to damage two bearing spacers. Each screed lift cylinder is assembled to the tow arm with a spacer on each side of the bearing, for centering the bearing.5. Remove bolt (4), pin (5) and two bearing spacers.6. Lower and remove the tow arm away from the cylinder. For installation of the tow arm, reverse the removal steps.End By:Install screed.
