This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1231" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T " as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1231" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and " Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The 5L9018 Bolts used to fasten the brake manifolds to the rear axle may fail on certain 416B, 426B, 428B, 436B and 438B Backhoe Loaders and need to be replaced.

4 - 5L9018 BoltAction Required
Remove the existing 5L9018 Bolts and replace them with new 5L9018 Bolts, one at a time, to avoid allowing air into the brake system. Refer to the illustration below:
