Air Intake Duct Installation Procedure
Turn the key start switch and battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove and discard air intake duct (1).

Remove two plates (2). Grind flush any protruding welds.

(B) 275 mm (10.80 inch)
(C) 340 mm (13.40 inch)
(D) 170 mm (6.70 inch)
Drill two holes (A). Refer to Illustration 3.

(3) 318-7574 Tapping block
Install and weld two 318-7574 Tapping blocks (3). Refer to Table 2 and Illustration 4.Note: Ensure that tapping block flats are installed vertically.
