3. Fasten a hoist or a lift truck to the tire. Remove all of the rim nuts and washers. Remove the tire and rim (1). Weight is 4200 lb. (1905 kg). If the rim is too tight on the wheel, use a lift truck with a chain around the top of the tire and pull it off.Install Tires And Rims
1. Fasten a hoist or lift truck to the tire. Put tire in position on the wheel. Install all nuts (1) and tighten evenly to a torque of 100 15 lb.ft. (13.8 2.1 mkg) to get the rim in the correct position on wheel. Tighten the nut to a torque of 600 60 lb.ft. (83.0 8.3 kg).2. Lift machine and remove stand from under axle housing. Lower machine to floor.
