Install previously routed hose from the fan tube to the right side battery box. Note: On 950H and 962H machines install 7I-7439 Guard (21) on hose as routed through the engine frame. Refer to Illustration 10.

On 950H and 962H machines install 322-0931 Bracket As (7), 5K-3294 Clip (16), 8T-4137 Bolt (26), and 8T-4121 Hard Washer (23) to secure hose to pump harness connection. Refer to Illustration 11.

On 966H and 972H machines install 206-2423 Saddle (5) and 3S-2093 Cable Strap (12) to secure hoses. Refer to Illustration 12.

For all models: Route the remaining length of hose from the fan to the newly mounted valve. Attach hose to the elbow fitting at port 2 (B). Secure with 1P-4278 Hose Clamp (4).

On 966H and 972H machines weld 8X-5147 Block (28) to engine end frame. Refer to Illustration 14

Attach 269-7678 Clip (6), 132-5789 Clip (1), 8T-4121 Hard Washer (23) and 8T-4136 Bolt (25). Secure wire harness with 3S-2093 Cable Strap (12) .

On 966H and 972H machines, use 206-2423 Saddle (5) and two 3S-2093 Cable Straps (12) to secure the "2" pin connectors to the air line supply of the air compressor. Refer to illustration 16.Note: This procedure is different than the production image that is attached. The weld boss used cannot be welded to engine frame due to location.

On 950H and 962H machines route the valve electrical harness as shown. Secure the "2" pin connector with two 3S-2093 Cable Straps (12) next to where the compressor harness is connected.Note: Image attached shows production routing.
