Remove the fan and the gear motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Gear Motor - Remove".
Remove the top radiator top tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Top Tank - Remove and Install".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove shroud assembly (1) .

Attach Tooling (A) to radiator core assembly (2). The weight of radiator core assembly is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).

Remove hose (3). Remove bolts (4) and remove radiator core assembly (2). The weight of radiator core assembly is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (A) to radiator core assembly (2). The weight of radiator core assembly is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).

Install radiator core assembly (2) and bolts (4). Install hose (3). The weight of radiator core assembly is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).

Install the top radiator top tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Top Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the fan and the gear motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Gear Motor - Install".
