Group 1: Machines with Dust Ejection Precleaner:
1. Replace the 396-2123 Standard Primary Air Filter with a new 490-3649 Air Filter Element with improved media. Two new primary filters are included in this program, the first is to be installed immediately, and the second is to be left with the customer to use when a filter change is required. Please communicate any feedback regarding system performance with the new components through the CPI Feedback Form in SIMSi.
Group 2: Machines with Single Stage Precleaner Without Dust Ejection:
Remove the single stage precleaner without dust ejection and install a new 416-1425 Precleaner Assembly with landfill screen and dust ejection. Replace the existing 396-2123 Standard Primary Air Filter with a new 490-3649 Air Filter Element with improved media. Two new primary filters are included in this program, the first is to be installed immediately, and the second is to be left with the customer to use when a filter change is required. Please communicate any feedback regarding system performance with the new components through the CPI Feedback Form in SIMSi.
Add Dust Ejection to Machine:
1. Install a new 381-8093 Venturi Pipe Assembly and 176-8234 Band Clamp. Refer to Image1.1.1.
2. Install a new 515-2591 Hose and two 1W-4724 Hose Clamps. Refer to Image1.1.2.
3. Install a new 380-2314 Bracket Assembly to the side rail with a new 8T-4191 Bolt and 8T-4121 Washer. Install a new 1W-8620 Check Valve with a new 8T-4191 Bolt and 8T-4121 Washer. Refer to Image1.1.3.

4. Assemble the new 416-1425 Precleaner Assembly, 8N-5991 Hump Hose, and 6W-7293 Grommet to the 380-2314 Bracket Assembly. Refer to Image1.2.1.

3. Assemble the 416-1425 Precleaner sub-assembly to hood of machine with four new 8T-4186 Bolts and 198-4777 Washers. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 55 +/- 10 N.m. Refer to Image1.3.1.

4. Modify the hood panel by drilling an 11mm diameter hole in the top plate and doubler. Refer to the dimensions in Image1.4.1.

5. Modify the new 378-8030 Baffle for the dust ejection hose by cutting a clearance hole in it. Refer to Image1.5.1.
6. Install the modified 378-8030 Baffle on to the machine with three 8T-4136 Bolts, three 8T-4222 Washers, and three 4H-1225 Washers. Refer to Image1.5.2.

7. Connect the new dust ejection 5P-1471 Hose (85CM) to the 416-1425 Precleaner Assembly with two new 1W-4724 Hose Clamps. Refer to Image1.6.1.

7. Secure the dust ejection 5P-1471 Hose by installing a new 198-7651 L-Bracket Assembly, new 8T-4136 Bolt, two 8T-4121 Washers, and a 344-5675 Nut. Refer to Image1.7.1.
8. Install a new 5P-4325 Loop Clip, 8T-4136 Bolt, and 8T-4121 Washer. Refer to Image1.7.1.
