Rework Procedure
Note: Ensure that all safety information, warnings, and instructions are read and understood before any operation or any maintenance procedures are performed. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual "Safety Section".
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
1. Open the cab door and locate the liner on the right hand side. Refer to Image1.1.1.

2. Peel the liner back to expose the relay. Refer to Image1.2.1.

3. Cut existing cable strap (A) to free from the harness bundle. This will make it easier to disassemble from the connector. Refer to Image1.3.1.

4. Depress the tab on the connector in order to free the flasher relay from the connector. Refer to Images1.4.1 and 1.4.2.

5. Install a new 242-9000 Flasher Assembly.
6. Attach to harness bundle (B) with one new 3S-2093 Cable Strap. Refer to Image1.5.1.

7. Reinstall the liner. Refer to Image1.6.1.
