TERMINAL 1673544 - Caterpillar

Install tube (62) to air cleaner and adapter elbow (21) with hoses (56) and clamps (55). Torque adapter elbow (21) to 6 N m (4 lb ft).
Secure tube (62) to air filter bracket with bolts (63), washers (27), clips (57), two-piece clips (58), washers (27), and nuts (43).

Right-Hand Non Service Side (11) 8T-4896 Washer (32) 8T-2502 Bolt (33) 273-8967 Bracket (37) 348-9705 Check Valve As.
Install check valve (37) to adapter on right-hand side of engine. Attach bracket (33) to side cover with bolt (32) and washer (11).

Install hose (65) to check valve (37). Secure hose (65) to bracket (33), with clip (64), bolt (19), washer (11), (27), and nut (43). Note: Use wrench on the bottom of filter while tightening hose (63).
Connect hose (65) to bottom of CCV filter.

When performing maintenance above ground level, always use appropriate devices such as ladders and man lift machines.
Note: Torque hose clamps to 7.5 N m (66. lb in).
Attach hose (66) to breather with hose clamp (54) .
Connect tube (67) to hose (66) and hose (56) with hose clamps (55).
Attach hose (56) to adapter elbow (21) with hose clamps (55). Torque adapter elbow (21) to 6 N m (4 lb ft).

Secure hose to filter bracket with two-piece clips (58), clips (57), bolts (59), and washers (5) .
Secure hose to 438-8611 Bracket As. with clip (57), two-piece clips (58), bolt (60), washer (27), and spacer (61).

Secure tube (68) to air filter bracket with bolts (60), washers (27), clips (57), two-piece slips (58), spacers (61), and nuts (43).
