Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hood.
Remove the fan.
Remove the aftercooler.
Remove the condenser.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil – Change" for the correct draining procedures.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining procedures.

Disconnect hose assembly (1). Remove bolts (2) and tube assembly (3). Disconnect hose assemblies (4) and (5).

Remove bolts (6) and cover (7).

Loosen bolt (8) and disconnect hose assembly (9).

Remove bolts (10) and nuts (12).
Remove U-bolt (13) and disconnect tube assembly (11).

Attach a suitable lifting device to radiator and hydraulic cooler assembly (14).

Remove bolts (15) and bolts (16). Remove radiator and hydraulic cooler assembly (14).
