2 2 7X-4803 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
3 1 195-1861 Pin Diameter is 109.95 0.04 mm (4.329 0.002 inch).
4 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the minimum lateral clearance of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum lateral clearance of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 133-2428 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
1 4I-0575 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
4I-0577 Shim Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
5 6 7X-2553 Bolt Torque to 240 20 N m (177 15 lb ft).
6 1 216-2148 Pin Diameter is 89.740 0.015 mm (3.5331 0.0006 inch).
7 As required, use the following shims and spacer in order to adjust the minimum lateral clearance of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum lateral clearance of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 113-2127 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
1 093-0084 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
1 093-0116 Shim Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
8 6 8T-4956 Bolt Torque to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
9 2 204-2968 Bushing Bore before assembly is 80.25 0.02 mm (3.159 0.001 inch).
Installation depth is 7.5 0.5 mm (0.30 0.02 inch).
10 2 096-0854 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
