d. Carefully loosen the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure.e. Carefully loosen the plugs at the rear of the tilt cylinders. When the oil from the loosened plugs stops draining, tighten the two plugs.f. Tighten the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank.g. The pressure in the hydraulic system has now been released.5. Drain the oil from the hydraulic oil tank into a suitable container for storage or disposal. The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank is 235 liters (61.1 U.S. gal). 6. Fasten lifting straps and a hoist to sheet assembly (2). Remove four bolts (1), the washers and sheet assembly (2) from over the loader control valves. The weight of the sheet assembly is 34 kg (75 lb). 7. Put identification marks on the fourteen hose assemblies that are connected to the loader control valves for installation purposes.8. Disconnect fourteen hose assemblies (3) from the loader control valves. Put plugs in the hose assemblies to keep dirt and debris out of the hydraulic system. 9. Fasten a lifting strap and a hoist to loader control valves (4) as shown. Remove four bolts (5) that hold the loader control valves and mounting plate in position in the front loader frame. Remove the loader control valves and mounting plate as a unit. The weight of the unit is 172 kg (380 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the loader control valves.10. Check the condition of the O-ring seals used in the ends of the hose assemblies that connect to the loader control valves. If any of the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.11. Install the loader control valves in the reverse order of removal. Be sure all hose assemblies are connected in the correct locations.12. Fill the hydraulic oil tank with oil to the correct level. See the Operation & Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.13. Start the machine, and check for leaks. Check the operation of the implements.14. Reinstall sheet assembly (2) over the loader control valves.Disassemble Loader Control Valves
Start By:a. remove loader control valves1. Put the loader control valves in position on wood blocks. 2. Disconnect tube assemblies (1), (2) and (3) from the loader control valves. 3. Install two 3/8" - 16 NC forged eyebolts in the loader control valves as shown. Fasten a hoist to the loader control valves. Remove the four bolts that hold the loader control valves (4) to the plate assembly. The weight of the loader control valves is 129 kg (285 lb). 4. Remove six bolts (6). Separate manifold (7), lift control valve (8), tilt control valve (9) and cover (5). 5. Disassemble the lift control valve as follows: a. Remove two bodies (10)
