* The 103-3610 hopper support plate can be modified as follows. Cut hopper support plate and grind a flat on the top surface for locating and drilling the bolt hole as shown in the following picture. (Drawing is not to scale.) * Using a 3 mm fillet weld, fasten the hopper reinforcing plate to the underside of the hopper according to the following dimensions. (Drawing not to scale.) * Repeat the hopper support modification and reinforcing plate installation for the opposite side of the machine.* Apply Loctite 271 to the threads of two adjusting bolt assemblies as shown below. Insert one adjusting bolt and locking nut into each modified hopper support plate. Lower the hopper until the cylinder is fully extended. Then adjust the bolts up to meet the hopper reinforcing plate and tighten the jam nut.
