Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminates from entering the system. 1. Attach a suitable lifting device. Remove bolts (1) and cover (2). The weight of the cover is approximately 286 kg (130 lbs). 2. Remove bolts (3) and cover (4). 3. Remove bolts (5) and cover (6).4. Remove bolt (7) and harness assembly (8). 5. Remove bolts (10) and move motor (9) out of the way. 6. Remove all necessary harness assemblies.7. Remove jam nuts (13) and harness assemblies (12) from the box. 9. Reinstall covers (4) and (6) for protection. 10. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to generator (13). The weight of generator (13) is approximately 135 kg (297 lbs).11. Remove ground strap (15).12. Remove bolts (14) and generator (13) from the machine. For installation of the generator, reverse the removal steps.
