(2) 4 mm (0.1575 inch)
Strip the wire insulation 4 mm (0.1575 inch) (2) in order to expose the bare copper wire. Repeat the step for both wires. Refer to illustration 2.

Insert the harness (bare exposed wire) (6) into the short side of a 126-1766 Connector Socket (3). Press the connector socket (3) with 1U-5804 Crimp Tool . Refer to illustration 3.
Insert the 126-1766 Connector Socket (3) with the harness into the 155-2269 Connector Plug (8). Insert the Blue wire to position 1 of the connector. Insert the Black wire to position 2 of the connector.

Connect the 155-2261 Plug Lock Wedge (7) with the 155-2269 Connector Plug (8) at the end of the plug. Refer to illustration 4 for more information.Note: Confirm the click when the 155-2261 Plug Lock Wedge (7) is inserted into the 155-2269 Connector Plug (8) .Note: Steps 5, 6 and 7 are for certain individual models. Step 5 is for 320C Hydraulic Excavators, 345C Hydraulic Excavators and 365B Hydraulic Excavators. Step 6 is for 307B Hydraulic Excavators to 325C Hydraulic Excavators and 385B Hydraulic Excavators. Step 7 is for 320CU Hydraulic Excavators, 321CCR Hydraulic Excavators and 330C Hydraulic Excavators. Select the step according to your Hydraulic Excavator sales model.

(8) 155-2269 Connector Plug (9) 111-4836 Clip (10) Lead line (11) Expansion tank assembly
Connect the 155-2269 Connector Plug (8) and the harness to the 111-4836 Clip (9). The 111-4836 Clip (9) is located with the expansion tank. Fasten the lead line (10) with the 111-4836 Clip (9). Refer to illustration 5 for more information.

Connect the 155-2269 Connector Plug (8) and the harness to the expansion tank (11) with the 3S-2093 Cable Strap (12). Fasten the lead line (10) with the 3S-2093 Cable Strap (12). Refer to illustration 6 for more information.

Connect the 155-2269 Connector Plug (8) and the harness with the 3S-2093 Cable Strap (12). The 3S-2093 Cable Strap (12) is located with the reserve tank (11). Tie the connector plug (8) and lead line (10) with the 3S-2093 Cable Strap (12). Refer to illustration 7 for more information.
