Note: Release hydraulic system pressure. Refer to UENR0194 for instructions.

Disconnect Sensor A (2) with harness from the adapter. Remove Hose B (3), tube C (1) with bolts, washers, flanges. Reuse the bolts, washers, and flanges on Hose B (3) Boom side. Discard other removed parts.

Install new block and hose assembly. Replace 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal with new one on Sensor A (2) and connect to the adaptor.

Remove bolts and washers from valve D and discard bolts. Install new plate assembly (22), clip (18) (20), and grommet (19).

Connect the other end of 528-5168 Hose As (9) with 1P-3703 Rectangular Seal (10) to boom line. Reuse flanges, bolts, and washers. Tie the hose assembly with the other hose using two 7K-1181 Cable Straps (25.)
