Installation Procedure
Verify that all of the components are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation. Inspect all of the O-ring seals and components for wear and replace the O-ring seals and the components, if necessary.

Install O-ring seal (17) to fuel transfer pump (3) .

Position fuel transfer pump (3) to the engine oil pump, as shown. Install four bolts (16) that hold fuel transfer pump (3) to the engine oil pump.

Position tube assembly (11) to base adapter (13), as shown. Install two bolts (15) and the washers that hold clamp assembly (14) to base adapter (13). Tighten two bolts (15) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).

Install two bolts (9), the washers, the nuts, the spacers, and the clips that hold tube assembly (11) to oil pan (12) .

Install four bolts (7) that hold adapter (8) to engine oil cooler (6). Tighten four bolts (7) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).

Connect tube assembly (5) to fuel transfer pump (3) .

Connect hose assembly (4) to fuel transfer pump (3) .

Connect hose assembly (2) to fuel transfer pump (3) .

Turn ball valve (1) to the OPEN position.
Prime the fuel system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel System - Prime" for the correct procedure.End By: Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chocks (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
