From the Messenger Main Menu page, scroll to the "Service" menu and press the "OK" button.

Messenger Service Menu
From the Messenger Service Menu page, the first option in the service menu will be "Diagnostics/Events". Press "OK" to view the list of Active codes and Logged codes.

The Messenger Diagnostics/Events List screen
The Messenger Diagnostics/Events List screen shows the following:SRC - SourceCODE - MID, CID, FMI, EID, and WCIOCC - The number of occurrences of the codes.ACT - The status of the code ("A" = active, "IN = previously logged").Pressing "OK" on any of these codes (when highlighted) will display the Diagnostic/Event screen.Note: If the code is Active, there will be an "A" in the "ACT" column. There will be an "IN" if the code was previously logged.
