Remove plugs (H), (J) from manifold (K). Replace plug (H) with adapter assembly (2). Replace plug (J) with adapter (19) and elbow (15) .Note: Adapter assembly (2) consists of 2T-2396 Elbow , and 6V-8398 O-Ring Seal .

Route hose (7) under all other hoses, along the ripper cylinder (L), and attach the 45° ORFS coupling to bulkhead adapter (4), oriented pointing down. Secure the hose to the two cylinder bosses using two clips (22), two bolts (32), and two washers (29) .

Attach the straight pipe coupling of hose assembly (7) to the elbow (15) .

Install block group (13) a block group (14) to the blocks on the ripper carriage (M) using four bolts (31), and four washers (40) .

Attach hose (N) to the tilt cylinder rod end using adapter (18), removing and discarding existing adapter.
Attach hoses (P) and (R) to the table-carriage pin and lift cylinder rod end, respectively, using two adapters (18). Remove and discard two existing adapters.
Secure hoses (P) and (R) using clip (41), bolt (30), and washer (20) .
Repeat step 13 through step 15 for the opposite side.

On the right-hand ripper carriage tower, attach the long neck 90 degree coupling of hose assembly (11) to adapter assembly (13), removing, and discarding existing cap. Secure the hose to the nearby boss using clip (17), bolt (30), and washer (29) .

Attach the short 90 degree coupling of hose assembly (11) to tee assembly (T), removing, and discarding existing cap.

Secure the hose assembly (11) by first removing the hydraulic line clip (U). Attaching the line to the cylinder block by using plate assembly (10), grommet (26), clip (23), washer (28), clip (24), and bolt (33). Replace the hydraulic line clip, on top of the plate assembly, by reusing the two existing bolts.

On the left-hand ripper carriage tower, attach the 90 degree coupling of hose assembly (12) to adapter assembly (14), removing, and discarding existing cap. Secure the hose to the nearby boss using clip (17), bolt (30), and washer (29) .

Attach the straight coupling of hose assembly (12) to adapter assembly (2) .

Secure hose assembly (12) by attaching to the cylinder blocks using two bolts (39), two washers (21), two clips (23), two clips (24), and two grommets (26) .Note: Move the ripper through the full range of motion with someone monitoring the hoses to make sure they are adjusted well enough to handle the movement of the linkage.
