Marking Procedure
Use a sheet of cardboard at the center of the bucket to create a profile.
Cut the cardboard to the existing profile of the bucket.
On the cardboard, draw a straight line (D) at angle (B). Measure a distance (A). The distance (A) should be perpendicular to the ground and up to line (D). The point of intersection (E) is the location for the bottom of the hook assembly.
Cut the cardboard along the line (D). This will create the existing profile of the bucket.Weights

Do not remove the bars from the hook assemblies until the hook assemblies are completely welded to the work tool. Failure to keep the bars in place may lead to misalignment of the hooks and improper operation of the quick coupler.
Center the 113-2677 Flat Hook on the back of the work tool. Set a 600 mm (24 inch) or longer level in the pockets of the hooks in order to level the hook assembly on the work tool.
Tack weld the 113-2677 Flat Hook to the work tool. The weld must be sufficient. This allows the work tool to be lifted. The work tool can also be rotated.
Couple the work tool to the quick coupler in order to check the accuracy of the
