Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Move the hose assembly and the wire assemblies for the exhaust monitor out of the way.

Open the left side access door (2) on top of the machine.

Release the latches and remove cover (3) .

Remove primary element (4) .

Remove secondary element (5) .
Disconnect harness assembly (7) and remove indicator assembly (6) .

Loosen the clamp and remove tube (8) .

Use two people to remove air cleaner assembly (9). The weight of air cleaner assembly (9) is approximately 23 kg (51 lb). Remove bolts (10) and air cleaner assembly (9) .Installation Procedure

Use two people to install air cleaner assembly (9). The weight of air cleaner assembly (9) is approximately 23 kg (51 lb). Install air cleaner assembly (9) and bolts (10). Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 20 lb in).

Install tube (8) and tighten the clamp to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).

Install indicator assembly (6). Tighten indicator assembly (6) to a torque of 2 0.5 N m (18 4.0 lb in). Connect harness assembly (7) to indicator assembly (6) .
Install secondary element (5) .

Install cover (3) and engage the latches.

Close the left side access door (2) on top of the machine.

Place the hose assembly and the wire assemblies for the exhaust monitor into position. Install the washers and bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 20 lb in).Note: The wires with excess length should be coiled. The antenna wires must have a bend radius of 51 mm (2 inch).Note: Do not violate the bend radius.Note: Do not kink the antenna leads.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position and close the left side access door.
