Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock. Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".Note: Put identification on all lines, hoses, wires, and tubes for installation purposes. Use caps and plugs on all lines, hoses, and tubes in order to prevent fluid loss or contamination of the systems.
Open the engine hood.

Disconnect hose assembly (1) .

Remove three bolts (2) and the washers.

Remove two nuts (4) and the washers. Place bracket assembly (3) aside.

Loosen four clamps (6). Disconnect tube assembly (5) .

Disconnect electrical connector (7) .
Remove nut (8), the washer, and two clips.

Remove nut (9) and disconnect the wire.
Remove two bolts (10) and the washers. Place bracket assembly (11) aside.

Cut wire tie (12) .

Cut wire tie (13) .
Disconnect electrical connector (14) .

Remove three studs (15) and the washers.
Remove five bolts (16) and the washers. Remove housing (17) .

Remove two bolts (18) and the washers.
Repeat step 15 for the other side.
Carefully remove air inlet heater (19) .
