Information:
The oil flow is the same path in the attachment circuit except that diverter valve (22) is added. The diverter valve is added between attachment control valve (21) and the attachment cylinders. The attachment circuit with a diverter valve has both a multipurpose bucket and a ripper. This is a total of four cylinders.Multipurpose Bucket Operation
When the diverter valve control lever is moved to MULTIPURPOSE BUCKET control, the selector spool of diverter valve (22) opens passages. Oil flows to multipurpose bucket cylinders (2) and the passages to ripper cylinders (1) close. The multipurpose bucket can now be operated by the attachment control lever.Ripper Operation
When the diverter valve control lever is moved to RIPPER CONTROL, the selector spool of diverter valve (22) opens passages. Oil flows to ripper cylinders (1) and the passages to multipurpose bucket cylinders (2) close. The ripper can now be operated by the attachment control lever.(S/N: 9BL1399-UP)

When the engine is running with the control lever in the HOLD position, pilot pump (17) sends oil from hydraulic tank (11) to pilot relief valve (18). The pilot relief valve controls the maximum pressure in the pilot system. The pilot oil flows to lift and tilt pilot valve (9). The valve stems in the pilot valve stop the flow of oil in the HOLD position. The oil from pilot pump (17) flows through pilot relief valve (18) and back into hydraulic tank (11) .At the same time, main hydraulic pump (16) sends oil to main relief valve (20) which controls the maximum pressure in the main system.
