PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
Prepare the machine for maintenance. Refer to SEBU8349?"Prepare the Machine for Maintenance" for more information.
Release the pressure from the air system. Refer to SEBU8349?"Air Tank Moisture and Sediment - Drain" for more information.
Remove 5P-8753 Tee (1), 2Y-4062 Adapter (2), and 5P-8998 Pipe Nipple (3). These components will not be reused.

Install 003-9163 Elbow (1) and reattach hose. Install 2T-2169 Elbow (2) and 4D-0577 External Pipe Elbow (3)

Remove 6B-9664 Safety Valve (relief valve) (arrow). Retain for future use.

Using the measurements provided on the illustration, prepare the surface and weld an 8T-9374 Boss to the frame.

Install 419-5646 Hose (1). Secure hose to boss using a 1S-0994 Clip (2), 8T4121 Washer (3), and 8T4137 Bolt (4).

Install 2D-7325 Tee (1) and 3L-7055 Connector (2). Attach 419-5646 Hose (3). Reinstall 6B-9664 Safety Valve (relief valve) (4).
Blow air through the system to confirm residual moisture in the lines has been eliminated.
Charge air system. Refer to SEBU8349?"Engine Starting with an External Air Supply - If Equipped with the Air Start System" for more information.
Perform operational checks. Refer to KENR8720 for more information.
