Care must be taken when unbolting fan and also when positioning fan against radiator, that no damage to radiator occurs.
2. Position nylon strap and hoist, remove four bolts (2), spacer and fan drive. Weight of fan drive is 20.4 kg (45 lbs.). The following steps are for installation of the fan drive.3. Position spacer and fan drive and install bolts (2).4. Position fan and install bolts (1).5. Install top half of fan guard.Disassemble And Assemble Fan Drive
Start By: a. remove fan drive 1. Remove O-ring, bolt (1) and washer. Remove the hub assembly from bracket. 2. Remove bearing and sleeve from hub assembly. 3. Remove lip seal (2) and bearing. 4. Remove pulley and spacer (4) from bracket assembly. The following steps are for assembly of the fan drive.5. Position spacer, pulley, bearing in bracket assembly and install the lip seal (2).6. Install sleeve and bearing in hub assembly.7. Position the hub assembly in the bracket and install washer and bolt (1). Install the O-ring.End By: a. install fan drive
