Raise hood
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the (OFF) position.

Remove sensor (1), cables (2) and insulation sleeve (3) .

Remove sensor (4) and cables (5) .

Disconnect harness assembly (6). Remove flame detection temperature sensor and DPF temperature sensor assemblies (7) .Installation Procedure
Install flame detection sensor (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Use Tooling (A) on the threads of sensors (1) and (4) .
Tighten sensors (1) and (4) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft)
