162-8716 Handle 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use two people in order to install belt tightener (10). The weight of belt tightener (10) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install bolt (11).

Connect hose assembly (13). Install new cable straps (14).

Apply Tooling (A) to belt tightener (10). Release tension on belt tightener (10) in order to install the belts. Install the belts.

Install guard (9).

Use two people in order to position support (5). The weight of support (5) is approximately 31 kg (70 lb). Install bolts (8).
