Installation Procedure

Secure plate carrier (1) and the plate pack (2) inside the brake housing.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install the brake housing onto the differential housing. Slide the brake housing onto the guide studs. Install the brake housing slowly in order to prevent damage to the bevel gear.End By:
Install the axle housing. See Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive and Steering Axle Housing (Rear) - Install".
Install the final drive. See Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive (Drive and Steering Axle) - Install".
Install the rear axle. See Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive and Steering Axle (Rear) - Install".
Install the rear tires and wheels. See Disassembly and Assembly, "Tires & Wheels (Rear) - Remove and Install".
