( 1 ) Nitrogen gas pressure varies with the temperature. To obtain the most accurate nitrogen charge, the temperature of the accumulator must be identical to the air temperature around the accumulator. The specification is with an air temperature of 21 °C (70 °F). Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Accumulator - Test and Charge" for additional charging pressure and temperature relationships.
( 2 ) Use Electronic Technician to adjust the constant mode from 1970 kPa (285 psi).Note: The procedures for the main relief valves (differential relief valves) are not needed if the pressures are normal. Refer to Table 2 for the correct pressures.
