Information:

Do not under fill or overfill engine crankcase with oil. Either condition can cause engine damage.
Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hood Tilt" for the access to the engine.Park the machine on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Stop the engine.Note: Drain the crankcase while the oil is warm. Waste particles that are suspended in the oil will drain along with the oil. As the oil cools, the waste particles will settle to the bottom of the crankcase. The particles will not be removed by draining the oil and the particles will recirculate in the engine lubrication system with the new oil.Spin-on Type Filter

The drain valve is located on the left side of the machine beneath the engine oil filter on the oil pan. The drain valve can also be accessed from beneath the tractor. Open the oil drain valve and allow the oil to drain into a suitable container. Close the drain valve.
