Separate the track.Note: The track roller frame does not have an oil drain plug. Use a vacuum pump. If a vacuum pump is not available, the oil will drain when the track frame is removed from the rear track roller frame.

Remove bolts (1), the washers, cover (2), and O-ring seal (3) (not shown) from rear track roller frame (4). Repeat for the other side of rear track roller frame (4) .

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove guide assembly (5) from both sides of rear track roller frame (4) .

Attach a suitable lifting device through the two loops on front track roller frame (6). Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable chain to front track roller frame (6). Attach Tooling (B) onto the suitable chain. Carefully move front track roller frame (6) approximately 51 mm (2.0 inch) away from rear track roller frame (4) .

Front track roller frame (6) must be supported to make level before removed from the rear track roller frame. To avoid damaging the roller frames. Tooling (B) should be used with a suitable lifting device in order to support the front track roller frame as soon as the guide slots become visible.
Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to the rear of front track roller frame (6). Use Tooling (B) to help keep front track roller frame (6) level. The weight of front track roller frame (6) is approximately 1565 kg (3450 lb). Remove front track roller frame (6) from rear track roller frame (4) .

If necessary, remove retaining ring (10), seal (9), retaining ring (8), and bearing (7) .
Repeat Steps 1 through 5 for the front track roller frame on the opposite side of the machine.
