Changing Rear Wheel Tracking (Machines With Rear Steer)
The rear wheels are mounted on a pivoting axle assembly and can track either inside or outside the frame. To change rear wheel tracking:1. Park the machine on a hard, level surface. 2. Set the Automatic/manual cutter depth control selector to MANUAL.3. Push the rotor cutting depth control switch towards the rear of the machine until the hood and rotor raise the rear wheels off the ground. 4. Remove tie rod bolt (1) from the rear wheel.5. Remove bolt (2).6. Move the rear wheel to the desired tracking position.7. Install the tie rod bolt in the rear wheel.8. Start the engine and lower the rear wheels by raising the hood and rotor with the rotor cutting depth control switch.Changing Rear Wheel Tracking (Machines Without Rear Steer)
The rear wheels are mounted on a pivoting axle assembly and can track either inside or outside the frame. To change rear wheel tracking:1. Park the machine on a hard, level surface. 2. Set the Automatic/manual cutter depth control selector to MANUAL.3. Push the rotor cutting depth control switch towards the rear of the machine until the hood and rotor raise the rear wheels off the ground. 4. Loosen axle pivot bolt (1) and remove axle stationary bolt (2) from each rear wheel.5. Move each rear wheel to the desired tracking position.6. Install the axle stationary bolt and tighten the axle pivot bolt in each rear wheel.7. Start the engine and lower the rear wheels by raising the hood and rotor with the rotor cutting depth control switch.
