Description of Change: An overload relief valve has been added to the bucket cylinder lines on the models that are shown. The valve is located in the lines group that connects to the rod side of the bucket cylinder. In certain applications, the external forces that are generated can cause high pressure to be generated in the lines that connect to the rod side of the bucket cylinder. One example of a possible high pressure situation is the use of a roto-tilt bucket. The overload relief valve will prevent the pressure from exceeding the capability of the hydraulic lines.The overload relief valve is effective with BCM1675-UP, BNE1590-UP and KCX1970-UP.Adaptable To: The overload relief valve is adaptable to BCM1-1674, BNE1-1589 and KCX1-1969. The required parts and the procedure for installing the parts are given in Special Instruction, REHS3331.
