Information:


Start the engine. Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Position the bucket, the stick, and the bucket control linkage, as shown. Shut off the engine.

Remove bolts (1) and plate (2).

Slide O-ring seals (3) off the pin joints between the bucket and link assembly (4) and onto the flanges of the bucket.

Make sure that the threaded puller hole in pin assembly (6) is clean prior to installation of Tooling (A). Use a suitable lifting device to install Tooling (A) to pin assembly (6). The weight of Tooling (A) is approximately 175 kg (380 lb).
When the pin assembly is removed, the linkage assembly may swing out of the bucket. To prevent possible personal injury, do not stand in front of the linkage assembly when the pin assembly is being removed.
Note: Do not remove pin assembly (6) completely from the bucket. Link assembly (5) will swing forward when the pin assembly is removed.
Use Tooling (A) to remove pin assembly (6) far enough to free link assembly (5) from the bucket.

Remove Tooling (A) from pin assembly (6). Use a suitable lifting device to remove pin assembly (6). The weight of pin assembly (6) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb). Remove O-ring seals (3) from the flanges on the bucket.

Slide O-ring seals (7) off the pin joints between the stick and the bucket and onto the flanges on the bucket.

Remove bolts (8) and plate (9).

Make sure that the threaded puller hole in pin assembly (10) is clean prior to installation of Tooling (B). Use a suitable lifting device to install Tooling (B) to pin assembly (10). The weight of Tooling (B) is approximately 175 kg (380 lb).
Use Tooling (B) to remove pin assembly (10). The weight of Tooling (B) and pin assembly (10) is approximately 231 kg (510 lb).
Remove Tooling (B) from pin assembly (10). The weight of pin assembly (10) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb).
Start the engine, and raise the stick out of the bucket.

Remove the O-ring seals (not shown) from the bucket flanges.
Remove bolts (14), plate (13), shims (12), and flange (11). Installation Procedure
Note: Check the condition of the O-ring seals. If the O-ring seals are damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Install the bucket in the reverse order of removal.

Install flange (11) with alignment Pin (15) between the bolt Holes (16).
Prior to installation, apply a thin coat of Tooling (C) on the outside machined surface of flange (11) and in the bore of flange (11).

Temporarily install the O-ring seals (Not Shown) on each flange of the bucket at the pin bore for the stick. Start the engine, and lower the stick into the bucket until the pin bores are in alignment with each other. Stop the engine.
Make sure that the threaded puller hole in the end of pin assembly (10) is clean. Apply a thin coat of Tooling (C) on pin assembly (10).
Use Tooling (D) and a suitable hammer to install pin assembly (10).
Move the bucket to one
