Remove the following parts together from the radiator:
(Q) 223-2643 Baffle As
(R) 213-6739 Radiator Tank As

Install two brackets (5) using four washers (14) and four bolts (18) .
Install bracket (6) using six washers (14) and six bolts (18) .
Install baffle assembly (3) using the bolts and washers removed in Step 3.
Install baffle assembly (4) using the bolts and washers removed in Step 3.

Install two baffle assemblies (2) onto the brackets underneath the plates using the existing hardware.
Install baffle assembly (8) using the bolts and washers removed in Step 3. Do not install outer two bolts (S) until the frame installation.Note: If you ordered a 300-4049 Baffle As instead of a 434-9523 Baffle As , that is acceptable to use in this Step. The 300-4049 Baffle As may need to be modified. See the following Step.

(T) 300-4049 Baffle As (8) 434-9523 Baffle As
If you are using 300-4049 Baffle As use 4 8T-4910 Bolts and four 5P-1076 Hard Washers in outer holes (U). 434-9523 Baffle As (8) eliminates outer bolt hole (U) as in 300-4049 Baffle As (T) and has larger hole (V) for adjustment. If you are using baffle assembly (8) use two 8T-4140 Bolts and two 5P-8247 Hard Washers in outer holes (V) .

Install two brackets (W) that are part of radiator group (7) with 12 bolts (10), 12 washers (11), two bolts (19), and two washers (14) .

Install radiator group (7). Reuse brackets, fasteners, and hardware as needed.

If radiator group (7) will not go into place, (either hits side blocks (X) or the bolts will not line up), minor grinding may be needed.

Install 150 mm (5.9 inch) of seal (22) between both blocks (X) and the housing for radiator group (7) .

Install elbow assemblies (1) in the top of radiator group (7). Install plug assembly (9) in the top of radiator assembly (7) .

Cut two pieces of hose (21) one piece 302 mm (11.89 inch) long and the other piece 360 mm (14.17 inch) long.
Connect hose (21) that is 302 mm (11.89 inch) long from elbow assembly (1) to top left-hand fitting in the expansion tank (21Y). Connect hose (21) that is 360 mm (14.17 inch) long to top right-hand fitting in expansion tank (21Z) .
Reconnect the water lines and the hydraulic oil cooler. The Oil cooler and elbow will require gaskets (23) where they attach to the bottom of the radiator.
Ensure that all baffles and seals are properly sealed.
Fill with coolant and check for leaks.
